Phone: 805-540-0828Charlie grew up in Santa Barbara and graduated with a Master’s Degree from Cal Poly. He had a former career as a teacher and head football coach at both Mt. Whitney High School and the College of Sequoias. While in the Valley, he got his real estate license, and eventually owned his own real estate company in Visalia, CA.
Charlie and his wife Linda purchased a vacation home in Cambria in 1996. In 2003, they moved permanently to the beautiful Central Coast. Charlie continued to coach football at Coast Union High School for nine years and led the 2013 team to the CIF Championship Game. Charlie’s work ethic, positive attitude, and 30 plus years of real estate experience and knowledge will benefit both buyers and sellers.
