I was lucky enough to grow up in Cambria and raise my own kids here. The tight community, laid back vibe and beauty are qualities that I hope to sustain.  

I've been in real estate since 2018, helping my dad (Bruce Koontz) and learning the complexities of the business. 

I have knowledge of the local area, especially when it comes to listing your home and the local ordinances so that you feel ready to sell and have a smooth sailing escrow.

I am most familiar with the central coast, whether that’s north Big Sur or down to Los Osos, but also have served clients in Paso Robles, Templeton and San Luis Obispo.
