"We were first time buyers and knew absolutely nothing about buying a house. Alex was extremely helpful and brought us to the perfect house. He has incredible negotiation skills, he got us an incredible deal on a single story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house for $375K in Cambria! Although the house did need some work, he made sure that we did all the inspections we needed and recommended very knowledgeable people to us. We are so lucky that we got to work with Alex! He made our first transaction very easy. He did not only meet our expectations, he went out and about to make sure to exceed our expectations. If we ever need any real estate help we will make sure and use Alex!"
